Friendly 3 Bed Houseshare in Fishponds

I have lived here for 3 years now as a student and have finished this year but would like to stay as working postgraduate.

I would like to stay in this house because it is a good deal for what it costs. Each room is around the same size, they are large rooms with double beds. One of the downstairs bedrooms is going to be our living room and we'd have a nice sized garden and a small spare room. There would just be 3 of us so would be a small crew... it would be really nice to have a friendly crew that could become friends and enjoy hanging out. As well as valuing personal space and independence.

I am now a 22 year old professional I work at the Bristol old vic, sometimes in the evenings but mostly in the day. I am looking for a calm and restoring house environment. I would consider myself a creative, and It would be great to live with other creatives.

I have made good connections with the neighbours during my time here. Oldbury court estate is a 5 minute walk down the road which is really lovely to have a bit of nature so close. There is a 15 minute bus into town (48x) and close access to the cycle path which I use lots myself.

The cost of rent is 566 a month, this does not include bills which come to 112 a month. I am looking for people to move in around the second half of august for a minimum of a year tenancy. This house is not suitable for students for council tax reasons which is band C. Pets are welcome.
