Peaceful location off the main roads, but close to shops, bus routes, and cycle path
Recently bought fridge & washing machine
No smoking indoors, no pets

Your Room:
Fits a double bed (the bed that's currently there can stay)
Large built-in wardrobe (wall-to-ceiling)
Window with leafy/nature view 🌿

About Me:
I’m 22, friendly and respectful, and looking to create a calm, homey space. I’m not into partying and I really value a clean, quiet, comfortable environment. I’d love to live with someone I can have a friendly chat with, while also respecting each other’s need for personal space.
