Loft room with en-suite, great location.

Hi everyone, I’ve got a fantastic loft room available in my house. It’s a great space with its own ensuite bathroom, so it feels really private. It’s a 3 bedroom semi detached property. The house also has a garden, perfect for enjoying the outdoors! It’s in a great location in Fishponds with good bus links to local universities and the city centre, and the room is available straight away. I’ve got two super friendly English bulldogs who are supper friendly and are the best flatmates, so you’ll have to be a dog lover to fit in here. I’m looking for someone who’s generally clean and tidy, but not obsessive about it. I’m pretty laid back, so having friends over is totally fine. I work 5 days a week & enjoy socialising in my spare time. I’m a happy, friendly and respectful guy. I sometimes go away for the weekend and someone who can take care of the dogs for me for a reduction in rent would be a bonus. I do have a dogsitter as well though.
