The house itself is large and consists of 4 double bedrooms with their own locks, a large shared living room and large rear garden. Currently the house is empty.

All rooms contain a queen double bed, warbrobe and desk. The 2 smaller rooms will go for £640 per month and the 2 larger for £690 per month.

The kitchen comprises 2 fridge freezers, large hob, microwave, kettle, a personal cuboard as well as plenty of draw and shelf space.

The location is within a 20 minute public travel route from Glenside campus and a 30 minute route to Frenchay. Despite being on a quiet 'no through road', Fishponds road and local shops are also very close by. From Fishponds road, buses that are fast and direct to Bristol city centre are easily accessable.
