Large rooms available in shared house

I have one double room available in a creative household in Fishponds. We are looking for some puppy and child friendly adults to share our home. Our last lodger lived with us for over 5 years but now has to move on. I am a single mum with a 12 year old daughter and we have an 9 month old adorable and good natured puppy! The house has a large kitchen diner, utility room downstairs toilet upstairs bathroom, front room with piano, middle room with wood burner.
We like to share meals sometimes but there is no obligation. We tend to be fairly quiet upstairs in the house after 9.30 as my daughter goes to bed. (And downstairs from 11 pm on weekdays) We have a largish garden and use of the neighbours garden if you fancy growing things! We are near to the Bristol-Bath cycle path. Rent is £520 per month not including bills. Bills will be approximately £110
