Room to rent in Staple Hill

Hi everyone ☺️ Sadly my lovely flatmates are moving out, ideally I’m looking for 2 female housemates in their 20’s or 30’s however I will consider guys too. The contract would be from the 1st of december and lasts for a year (which can be extended after) and 5 weeks rent is needed for deposit.

The house is in staple hill with easy access by bus to the center and to Bath. room 1 comes furnished with a bed and wardrobes (desk and chair not incuded). The room is located on the ground floor and pretty quiet as it’s facing the garden.
Room 2 comes furnished with a bed and 2 wardrobes and it is located on the first floor facing the garden. Rent is £535/ month and bills come around £100-200 depending on the time of the year and it is payed the first day of the month.

You would be sharing the house with me. I’m 27 and been living here for around 4 years now. I work full time currently in a nursery but just graduated from uni and will likely be working from home soon. The atmosphere in the house was always friendly so I’m looking for people who are open to be friends and not just share a house. I like an occasional drink but definitely not a party house and like to keep the noise down during week. There is a weekly cleaning rota to make sure we keep the house clean.
