Room available in Groundfloor flat, Fishponds

Hi,

I’m an engineer whom mostly works away but occasionally from home.

I have a small double room available in a cosy groundfloor flat. The flat is a lovely size, and very homely and comfortable - the space has been built with ease of access in mind.

There is a lovely garden to the rear which I take care of, accompanied by a fire pit, and this is a really good space for BBQs and a nice glass of wine. There is also a converted caravan with built in heater and internet - perfect for working from home all year!

I’m a friendly and sociable person, but I also enjoy and respect other people’s space. I’m not looking for a party animal, but certainly not looking for a hermit either. I’d like to live with someone with similar views.

The room is available on a short term basis, while I await a permanent flat mate to move in.

Bills are:
- Internet (2GBPS) £35
- Water: £60
- Gas and electric: £105
- Tax: £175

So all in all around £1050 a month
