Seek friendly person for lovely Fishponds room

I'm seeking a responsible, considerate professional to take a light, airy bedroom on the first floor, sharing with one other like-minded person.

Its a fair size house and I will be there infrequently, so plenty of space in a clutter free environment.

The house has every comfort including a piano, woodburner, lounge, garden, wood floors and in particular, the loft is spacious and airy with a small desk, shelving, chair, sidelight etc

Fishponds is a great area with easy 5 minutes walking access to all the neighbourhood food shops, cafes, library. Good public transport links into town and a few minutes from the cycle path connecting Bath and Temple Meads train station.

Also 5 minutes walk to Eastville Park which links to the Frome Valley with nature and trees for miles, including Snuff Mills riverway.

The rent covers all bills apart from winter gas/ electric costs (Oct- end March) which will be shared.

I can consider people working from home part of the week and would welcome vegetarians or vegans. The loft is now taken but this bedroom is available from mid March.
