Small but cosy room available on the top floor of a spacious shared house from February. As the smallest room in the house, it’s best suited to someone who’s happy with a compact bedroom setup.

The room comes with dedicated cupboard/storage space just outside the bedroom, plus access to a small desk/work area in the living room, which works well for light WFH or creative projects.

The house has a shared bathroom, a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, plus a garden and a garage that’s been turned into a creative workshop home to a piano, guitars, tools, and paint. It’s a shared space we use for making things, playing music, and the occasional creative project.

The garden has been lovingly looked after by our in-house gardener, who’s sadly moving on. They’ve put real time into making it a nice place, and we’d love to find someone interested in gardening who’d enjoy taking the reins and continuing that care.

We’ve lived here for over two and a half years and have put real effort into making it feel like a proper home rather than just a rental.

You’ll be living with three working professionals. We’re a quiet but creative household, respectful of each other’s space, but we also enjoy watching films together and generally making our day-to-day lives nicer.
