Housemate wanted in Fishponds!

Hi! Due to unforeseen circumstances, one of our housemates is moving out and we are looking for a new one!

It is a 6 bedroom house based in Fishponds. 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen dining area and a separate lounge. We have a decent sized garden that we look forward to using in the summer for firepit and bbq sessions.

The rent is £670.00 per month which includes electric and gas. Internet is an additional £7.50pm.

We are a mixed house of professional and students, aged between 18-25, 4 girls and 1 boy. We all have quite different schedules so we do social movie nights and the occasional shared dinners but also quite independent and looking for the same. We also have a dog and 2 cats.

We don’t have any new photos of the room but happy to arrange viewings :)

Looking for someone who is clean and a good fit for the house. Also not a party house! The room is available from 10th January, and our tenancy ends 29/08/2026 but can be extended as rooms are rented individually.
