Lovely double and single room in Fishponds

We are two UWE students, one male, one female, sharing a quiet and comfortable 4 bedroom house in Fishponds. We have a lovely double room available and another nice single room available from now until June 30th. Both rooms are clean, comfortable and homely.
We would prefer to find students but are open to professionals. The house is rented to us as a 'quiet house' so while it is really friendly, we do not have house parties and respect each other's need for peace and quiet, so you would need to enjoy calm communal living.
The house has a large and well equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room overlooking a big garden, and it's close to Fishponds High Street, shops and cafes, with buses into the Centre and to UWE. It is council tax band C.
