Lovely furnished double room

Hello, I'm looking for someone to rent a spare room in my house, shared with me and my cat. It's a huge double room, furnished with a brand new bed and mattress, a wardrobe, drawers and a closet for storage. Think this will be a nice cosy and private space!

The house is on a really quiet street and right next to the cycle path, so it's really easy to get to town. It takes about 25 minutes cycling, or you can get the bus easily.

I like to have a relaxed vibe at home, and I enjoy cooking, sports, board games, play the piano and do bit a of gardening.

All bills included, council tax band B.

Ideally wanting someone working in the office or out of the house most of the week, but I would also consider a full time mature student.
