I have a furnished, single room available to rent immediately in a lovely newly renovated house in vibrant Fishponds right next to all the shops, restaurants and supermarkets etc. BS16 2JD. Walking distance to UWE campus. Approximately 15 minutes bus into the city centre.

The room is in a shared HMO with other rooms/housemates. There is a shared kitchen/diner, shared upstairs bathroom (only sharing with 2 others), and a front and back garden. Park with green space opposite the house.

Rent is £750 for a single person (couple rooms available - enquire). Bills included as long as reasonable use of gas.
