Self contained suite of rooms/ mini flat

Hello!

We are looking for a new lodger to join our home. The space available is the whole top floor of our terraced house and includes a double room, living room and bathroom. It can almost act as a self contained flat. The rooms are part furnished but there is space for you to add extra bits if needed (pictures include current tenants things and some of their furniture). All three rooms are for your private use. You will also have use of our shared kitchen and sunny south facing garden. Parking is on street. We have a bike shelter at the front for locking a bike if needed. We also have a cleaner who comes fortnightly to keep shared spaces nice for everyone.

Myself (Rosie, 41 works in the charity sector, into walking in the woods, music and cold water swimming), my son, 9 (into Rubiks cubes, comics and music) and our Dog (into being an oversized lapdog and chasing cats given the chance) live in the rest of the house.

We are looking for someone who is indipendent and comfortable in their own space but also friendly and up for being part of the household from time to time. The house can be quiet and calm sometimes and also busy and noisy with friends and family at others, but the top floor is very much a haven away from the rest of the home. Ideally we want someone who is looking to stay for a year or more long term.

We are very happy for you to have friends around, but this is not a home for large or late night gatherings. We do ask that anyone staying over is known to us so we don't encounter strangers around the house, and I will also ask for a few references from anyone we offer the space to.

The space is available from the first weekend in March or as soon after that as possible.
