Looking for a long term flatmate (6months min).
Ideally female to balance things out.
Available on the 5th of April.
The house is in Fishponds, right next to co-op and the All in pub. Bus stop to town 1min away. Oldbury court 5min walk. Cycle path 3min cycle.
The room is £850 all included ( that includes a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks).
The room is a 25 square meter en-suite bedroom on the 2nd floor.
It has a nice south facing view and loads of storage.
A bed and chest of drawers can be provided on request, BYOB (bring your own bed) if you want to 🙂.
The house has an other toilet/bathroom downstairs, a cosy kitchen and living room and a big long garden.
The house is queer friendly.

Liam is a tenant, 33, recently trained as a mental health nurse, he’s bi, neurospicy and has a girlfriend. Avid chess player, deep lover of music (anything from 45 to 160 bpm😉) and many more things…
Alexis is a live in landlord, 35, also into music, learning about humans and nature , into DIY, sports, gardening, travels…
We’ve become friends since living together 😍 👯‍♂️.
We are both rather arty, chatty, open minded and pretty chill. We love a good deep chat as well as a laugh. We like films, board games, current affairs, politics, human psychology…the odd night out, the odd walk, festivals, travels… We socialise a fair amount and also give each other some space when needed.
We love to cook and sometimes manage to make edible tasty stuff. We haven’t been the best at communal cooking so far but with a lil enthusiasm and organisation we could be easily convinced.
We both work, pretty chill during the week, the Bristol weekend night life takes the best of us sometimes but the house stays relatively quiet most of the time.
Ultimately we want someone who’s going to match the vibe of the house and really want this place to feel like home .
