- Lovely private landlady who we have a good relationship with - she will require proof of income.
- Affordable rent arrangement based on us being proactive and taking responsibility for keeping on top of general house maintenance.

- Predominantly non-smoking (none indoors)
- Not much space in communal areas but good size back garden
* Room comes unfurnished, however the bed and desk could potentially stay if needed

About us
- Steph (she/they) - 32, Interests: Circus, fire spinning, crafting, queer events, batch cooking, cats!
- Lynda (they/she) - 37, Interests: Creative endeavours including circus, clowning, music, general random making, arting and stretching. Pottering about and working on little ideas and projects here and there with varied success. Games, wanders, outings, cooking from scratch, body-doubling and musings.
