Large Single bedroom in Large 3 Story Shared house

Hello, we have a Large Single bedroom available in the top floor of our shared house. (FISHPONDS BS16) The room is only a single but the house is really spacious and gets lots of natural light. We have a bathroom (top floor) with shower/bath, and a second toilet downstairs. We have a back garden, a garage downstairs and lots of extra storage cupboards dotted around the house. There is a parking space in front of the house that comes along with the room if required, if not we are right next to both alcove Rd bus stop (10 min bus to centre 48x/49x) and the bristol/bath cycle way (10/15 mins to centre). Bills are not included but are:
Ctax- £40 pm (Band B)
Gas electric- £20 (ish) pm
WiFi-£9 pm

The current housemates are 2 (25 & 38) males and 1 female (29). Interests cover a musician, Gymnastics, History & Psychology and much more! We are all fairly mature/chill/have all have a sense of humour and we're always up for rich/interesting conversation. We watch a movie every so often and chat in the kitchen/ around the house lots but theres no social obligation/ pressure here. Generally we dont apologise for being human here at the Lillypad, however this works due to us all ensuring we cover ourselves in terms of paying our bills, cleaning up mess as we make it, and be considerate that this is a shared house of 4 people! Understandably, a shared house can get expensive and uncomfortable for everyone if just 1 person isnt mindful of lights on/oven on/taps on and we love it here and do a great job currently of keeping our house costs down to save money and keep bills down! We all feel that our deals are such great value although the price may not look that competitive because of how large the kitchen & living rooms are, the commutable location & mixture of characters inside!!
