Bright Double Room in Cosy Family Home

I’m a single mum sharing my cosy home 50/50 with my two boys 12 and 8, plus a friendly dog and cat. I’m a fitness instructor, so the home has a positive, healthy vibe.
We tend to go to bed early and wake up early, so the house is quiet in the evenings. At times it is lively with family life, but overall it is a warm and respectful home.
The available room is a bright, double room with natural light and storage space in a well-kept home with shared kitchen, bathroom and living areas.
I’m looking for a calm, considerate person who is comfortable in a family home environment.
Requirements: non-smoker, no excessive alcohol, no regular overnight guests, no full-time working from home, responsible and respectful.
