Sunny double room in Fishponds

Spacious peaceful double room in a large victorian semi-detached house. In a quiet neighbourhood with nearby parks, lots of shops, cafes, pubs and amenities. Sharing with a friendly family of four (two kids, aged 13 and 9).

Room is fully furnished with a french sleigh king-size bed, wardrobe, table and chair, bedside cabinets and lamps. We can add or remove the smaller items of furniture to suit you.

The house has a front room, a lounge/diner, large kitchen, bathroom with seperate toilet and a downstairs wc. There is also a private enclosed garden, a garage and a driveway which could be used by the housemate. There is space to store your bike securely and we are near to the Bristol to Bath cycle path, as well as on frequent bus routes into the city centre and neighbouring areas.

The room is available on a Mon-Fri basis only. We are looking for someone who is happy to share with a busy, bustly household!
