Hi, I’m moving out of my house due to jobs and looking for someone to replace me on my tenancy asap or by early june!

It’s a lovely quiet house share with 2 other flatmates in a 6 bed house. The other rooms at the moment aren’t occupied or in use so it’ll pretty much just be the 2 of them. They both work and so the house is usually quiet and always kept clean and tidy. They’re both very friendly and respectful as well ⭐️

The area itself is pretty nice as well since you don’t get a lot of people/traffic and no noisy streets or neighbors.

The place will include your room (obviously), a washing machine, dish washer, some supplies, 2 fridges to share between 3 of you, also 2 bathrooms to share between 2 of you and a cleaner for the shared areas. Note that the bedroom comes with new pillows, mattress protector, and a duvet when you move in but you can let the landlord know if it’s not needed and they’ll remove it!

The landlord is lovely so if you require anything or have any issues or questions at all just give them a text anytime and they get back to you ASAP 😊
