Looking for one more housemate for a 4 bedroom.

Hi! We’re three friendly housemates looking for a fourth person to join us in this lovely 4-bedroom house. We are students in UWE Bristol

The landlord has given us permission to advertise the room ourselves, so we’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and easy to live with.

The property includes:

* a small room with double bed which can be changed to single bed for more space and a wardrobe
* Shared kitchen and living areas
* Bathroom
* parking space
* Great location with good transport links and nearby shops

We’re hoping to find someone who enjoys a clean and relaxed home. We prefer a student and female
Deposit will be discussed before signing tenancy agreement
