Double bedroom in fishponds for up to a year

Hi,

We are going travelling for a year and we are looking to rent out our room. You would be living with my brother, 24. He is a friendly, chill guy. The rent price is with bills included, we would need you to vacate the property when we come back from travelling but we can be flexible with exact dates as long as it is around the time we are coming back August 2027ish.

The loft converted room will be fully furnished (bed frame, mattress, chest of draws, TV, desk & chair, 2 storage cupboardsand built in wardrobe), 3 Velux windows, ample storage space. The bathroom is shared with both shower bath functions, there is also a downstairs toilet. All other spaces are shared. Large garden, which backs out onto a public field. Great bus links to City Centre and UWE, its also a 10 minute walk to Fishponds High Street.
