My flat has a really cosy and warming living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a clean, tidy bathroom. I won’t be living in the flat, however storing my things there, with the occasional nights stay.

It’s a comfortable and homely place to live, and I loved the space when I used to live there full time.

I’ll barely be at the flat, so you’ll have the living room, kitchen and shared spaces predominantly to yourself most of the time (hence the steeper than usual price), giving you plenty of privacy and space to enjoy the home.

Bills are all included in the rent, including:

- Council tax

It’s perfect for someone looking for a peaceful and well-kept home. And also, if you’re a keen pub-goer, it’s right by a lovely, lively local pub (The Star).
