A lovely double room in a historic home with high ceilings, great natural light and a cosy shared living room perfect for relaxed evenings. The home is shared with our well‑behaved cats, so this space is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys living with animals and appreciates a warm, homely environment.

About the household:

We’re a family home, and our niece (a local uni student) also lives here. The atmosphere is calm, respectful and busy — everyone has their own routines, and we value a peaceful environment.

What you can expect:

-Comfortable living room for downtime and movie nights
-A home that’s clean, organised and relaxed

Who we’re looking for:

A mature, easy‑going and exceptionally tidy individual who is comfortable maintaining shared spaces to a high standard — no dishes left in the sink, no laundry forgotten in appliances, and a respectful approach to communal areas. Prior experience living with cats is strongly preferred, as their comfort and safety are part of our daily routine.

As this is a family home, it is not suitable for anyone seeking a party lifestyle or frequent guests. We welcome someone who values a calm, well‑kept environment and enjoys a harmonious household.
