We are a family run business. The house accommodates 4 bedrooms , offers a shared bathroom and WC on the ground floor. It is fully furnished with a lounge/dining room along with a separate kitchen.

It comes all inclusive, the bills include Ctax, Utilities, High speed Broadband.

Located on the main high street of Staple Hill, with convenient access to the shops and local amenities. It is also a good location for Emerson Green, Downend, Frenchay and Fishponds and on the main bus route into the City Centre. There is a shared car parking space with a permit and plenty of off street parking.

A holding fee payment of £150 to be paid to secure the room, while reference checks are taking place, this can either be returned on the day you move in or part payment on your first months rent. A tenancy deposit to be paid of £725 to placed in a security deposit during the time at the house.
