Lovely room in friendly houseshare in the heart of Fishponds. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and a large wardrobe. There is a large kitchen / diner with integrated washing machine and dishwasher with an extendable table the housemates use for dinner parties. There is a good sized upstairs bathroom and a large south facing garden for summer sun.

The house is situated just a 5mins walk from the lively Fishponds where there are numerous restaurants cafes, pubs and supermarkets. There are numerous buses regularly going into the city with the bus stop just at the end of the road. Alternatively you can cycle into town along the Bristol to Bath cycle route which is just 2mins from the house.

I am looking for a friendly professional to join 2 female and 1 male professionals. All bills are included plus a cleaner who will pop in every 2 weeks to clean all communal areas. 1 months rent required as a deposit.
