The room includes bed and mattress, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, bedside lamp, and floorstanding mirror. There are two skylights which can be opened and these also have blackout blinds.

Frenchay is perfectly located for people working in Filton or the surrounding area, or even if you work in town but enjoy the peace and tranquility of more rural surroundings. The house sits next to the River Frome in a conservation area and has stunning views over the river. It is a really quiet spot, so the house is well suited to professionals who need peace and quiet and enjoy natural surroundings.

The kitchen has a fitted hob/oven, fitted washing machine, fitted dishwasher, and fitted fridge freezer. There is no microwave but you are welcome to bring your own. All kitchenware is provided so you don't need to bring your own stuff.

The house has 3 bedrooms in total. The room is being offered as a house share, sharing with the landlord - 44 year old male professional and another lodger - 25 year old male professional. Looking for someone who is easy to get along with and neat and tidy. Please no couples as there is insufficient storage space in the kitchen for more than 3 people in the house.

Free parking is available on the road.

Frenchay is a short drive or bike ride away from local supermarkets etc in Filton and Fishponds.
