Cosy stylish cottage

My home is an old Victorian house which is neat, cosy and clean. There is a double bedroom with a lodger and this single bedroom advertised.. Unfortunately work from homers wouldn't work and only employed people are considered The bathroom will be shared by both lodgers. Kitchen and living room for all of our use. Bike storage available. The house is near UWE and MOD.

Frenchay is a quiet area with no shops but a convenience store is opening in the street soon. There is no cafe culture so please consider the reality of this.. It's good to have a car here.
