The household is a non smoking household with no pets and is generally quiet.
I live at the property with my daughter who is currently studying away at University so she will be around during the holidays and the odd weekend . I teach at a local school so during term times my evenings are usually quiet.
I am looking for a professional individual (preferably female) who works from the workplace during the day. Ideally a contractor or someone in the process of relocating to the area.
Access to living room, kitchen, washing machine and small garden. A parking space or plenty on street parking available. Bed linen and towels can be provided. Room cleaned fortnightly. Bills and Wi-Fi included .
