Uwe Frenchay Campus Room Gone Before May

UWE STUDENTS ONLY !!!!!
Hi, I am a current student at UWE, I am moving out of my single room on Frenchay campus in the Wallscourt residences. The room is on the first floot and furnished, it comes with the bed, chair all the cupboards, the bathroom is shared with one person. However, this person is hardly ever there so it’s basically youre own personal bathroom. The house is located 10meters from the next wash station(circuit washing station) and 1 minute walk to a bus stop with connections to city center, Temple Meads Station and more. I need to Vacate the room before the end April. Unfortunately I am only able to offer this room to students who currently attend UWE, and who want to move in asap.
The lease is till the beginning of July, and registering at accommodation at UWE guarantees favorable selection for any other accommodations offered by UWE
