We have a housemate looking to move out around the end of August, however the landlord is quite chilled about timings of a replacement tenant (we’d rather it all be a good fit rather than rushed!)
We’re a very chill house who enjoy socialising and the main focus is finding someone to also make friends with, but we also enjoy time to ourselves and respect space. We’re only a short bus ride from the centre (10/15 mins) and the buses are very frequent as we’re really close to UWE.
The house is lovely and in a nice quiet area. The room being advertised is a small double (reflected by the price), however it comfortably fits a double bed and desk. We have a spacious garden and parking enough for 5 cars.
