Double Room in Frenchay

A double bed in a converted water tower in Frenchay. The flat is fully furnished besides the bedroom (which only has a built-in wardrobe), with a shared kitchen/living room on the upper mezzanine level and a shared bathroom downstairs.

There’s permit-free parking and it’s a 10/15 minute walk from the Begbrook metrobus stop or the 19 stops right outside the flat (which goes to Parkway/Bath).

The wifi has already been set up, and it comes with a Sky box and Netflix. It’s Council tax band C.

I’m a full time professional and my current flatmate is moving for a new job outside of Bristol, so I’m looking for someone to move into her room :)
