Room in frenchay close to uwe Bristol

Hi everyone,

Looking for someone to replace me in my house in frenchay it’s a 10 minute walk to the m1 bus stop that takes you into the centre.
It’s also a 15 minute walk to frenchay uwe campus.
Also a 20 min walk to uwe glenside campus

Living with 4 other people that you would get to meet and talk to who are all last year students so are mature but are still very sociable.
The room is a double bed room downstairs.
As I am moving back home the move in could be immediately

Rent is £770 a month which includes bills and WiFi so won’t need to worry about paying more for bills in the winter
Has parking aswell if that’s needed for you
Area is really nice and quiet with parks close by and snuff mills also very close
