Frenchay - Students only All Bills Included

We are looking for 5 students, willing to form a group to rent a 5 bedroom property in Cheswick a 5 minute walk from the UWE campus.

Please make contact if you are an individual or a small group as we, may have rooms for you to form the group of 5.

The group of 5 will rent the house as a whole, which includes all bills for 12 months starting on August 1st.

The four standard double rooms from £650 - £700 per calendar month and the en suite is offered at £800 PCM

The rooms are for students only and you must continue to be a student for the whole period of the contract.
