We are looking to fill one room in our house from October due to our existing housemates going travelling, however the landlord is quite relaxed about timings of a replacement tenant (We’d rather it all be a good fit rather than rushed!)
We're a very relaxed house who enjoy socialising and the main focus is finding someone also interested in forming a friendship as opposed to just a housemate, but we also enjoy time to ourselves and respect each other’s space.
We're only a short bus ride from the centre (10/15mins) and the buses are very frequent as we're really close to UWE.
We have a spacious garden and enough parking for 5 cars.
Most suitable for professionals of a similar age but would make an exception if it was a good fit
