Hello everyone I am a student looking for someone to take over my tenancy:

Spacious double bed room in student house, furnished and comes with large wardrobe and has two windows providing natural light. The room also has 4 sets of 2 plug sockets (so 8 plug sockets in total)

There is a living area with a sofa, as well as kitchen with a dishwasher and also a washing machine.

The house has 3 bathrooms (3 toilets, 2 with showers)
The house has 6 rooms, however not all are filled yet (if looking for multiple rooms please enquire and I can tell you about the other rooms available) (bills are not included in rent)

Very close to Frenchay campus for UWE Students (15 minute walk away)
Train station is 10 minute walk away
Bus stop right outside house with bus 70 that goes from Bristol city centre - UWE Frenchay campus

There is a co op 5 minute walk away that is open till 10pm everyday, and also 15 minute walk away there is large shops such as Asda, Aldi, Sainsbury’s, Lidl, B&M and a pets at home which is fun to look at the cute pets there
