Looking for 2 quiet, tidy, clean housemates

Hiya, I’m looking for two quiet, tidy & clean girls/ladies (mature students or professionals) to join our 4-bed house. It’s located in Cheswick Village, 6/7 minutes' walk from UWE Frenchay from 1st June 2026. The rent is £667 per bedroom, excluding bills. Security deposit: £667; guarantor required (for students). I am a full-time professional, and another girl is a Master's student. I spent a significant portion of time working from home. If you're interested in renting the room, you must adhere to the following conditions.
- No noise after 10 pm
- No overnight guests (in emergency, yes, but not on regular basis)
- Maximum 1 or 2 socialisations per month (cooking & sharing meals with friends, inviting friends, etc.)
- Must keep the common spaces, i. e., living room, kitchen, toilet, hallway, stairs tidy & clean
- Must be willing to follow the weekly work rota (sharing)
