We are looking for a student to take over our housemates lease. We are renewing our tenancy for another year.

5 bed house. There’s 4 of us atm 2 boys and 2 girls. Charlie is doing a degree apprenticeship, Cory James and Wiktoria Galicka are studying real estate at UWE Frenchay and are currently on placement. And I am studying occupational therapy on Glenside. All of us are in third year. We love a night out, going to the pub and chill nights too.

£790 per month bills included. (WiFi, heating, water etc) (does not include TV License).

*The house is in a brilliant condition. Very clean and organised. All rooms are small double beds, with a desk, giant mirror, chair and wardrobe with drawers. All furniture is white. The bedroom available shares a bathroom with 2 others. The kitchen is modern, with a sofa and dining table.

The house is very close to Frenchay campus only a 2 minute walk. There is a corner shop across the road as well as being very close to UWE Frenchay gardens and stoke park bus stop. The House is in scholars chase

The property management is really good and responds really quickly.
