With 4 people in total, the house comes with all mod cons, a large kitchen/diner, separate lounge/living room, downstairs washroom and bathroom.

There is a small courtyard at the back and a garage for bike storage.

The rooms are very large and come with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

This is a FULL TIME STUDENT ONLY house. Each room is single occupancy only.

Ideal for people who do not have a car as UWE is very close and parking is limited.

Existing housemates are 2nd and a 3rd year computer science students studying at UWE Coldharbour Lane.

About me: I studied estate management at UWE Bristol about 29 years ago, and I’m now a senior director in a company that sells software for contact centres. I enjoy property from a hobby perspective rather than being an agent and landlord.
