Ensuite Double room in Frenchay

I have a top floor available to rent out in the new build estate in Frenchay with all bills (inc. council tax) included. The top floor consists of a double room, bathroom and an empty room which you're free to use as you wish e. g. your own living space, storage etc.

Just me and my lovely, chill dog live here and we're looking to share our home with another lady around the same age or older. After initial meeting, my dog pretty much ignores everyone and she's very quiet and calm but being comfortable with dogs is essential.

There is also a shared living room, spacious kitchen, double (tandem) driveway, garage and backgarden. Located in a quiet, residential area close to many green spaces, lovely walks, a nice pub and I have lovely neighbours.

I also have a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and overflow fridge/freezer in the garage so there is plenty of fridge/freezer space.

It is a quiet, clean and calm household and I work from home about 50% of the time and spend a fair amount of my free time out (at the gym, seeing friends etc) so there would be plenty of opportunity for you to have the place to yourself.
I do however wish for the same back and so would prefer to have someone who does not work from home 100% of the time.

I enjoy both a mix of hanging out but also my own personal down time.

I'm also flexible with when the stay could begin and the length of stay etc. I just chose a random date for the ad.
