Large double bedroom in 3 bed, semi-detached house. 3rd bedroom is set up as an office. Sharing the house with 30 year old female (owner) and 2 well behaved cats. Large bathroom with shower and bath. Shared with me but I also have an en suite so don’t use the main bathroom frequently. Large kitchen with fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, washing machine and dishwasher. Large open plan living room/dining room. Large back garden. Road parking (no permit required) immediately outside the house. Shared use of driveway. All bills included (including WiFi). Initially looking to rent on a 6 month contract with a view to extending after this time. (Photos of bedroom show a previous housemates personal items and decor which will all obviously be moved.
