Double room in spacious home

The house is a Victorian mid-terrace in Hanham, with lots of character that feels big and spacious.

The spare bedroom has a double bed, desk, chest of draws, shelves and big cupboard. For longer lets decoration/homeliness will be considered. Pets also considered but please let me know well in advance! No smokers.

You would have fair use of the bathroom and kitchen. And the sunny garden!

Kitchen facilities include:
Barista coffee machine, dishwasher, washer/dryer, kettle, toaster, induction hob and double oven.

There's a gym, pool, cinema, pubs, fantastic Italian restaurant, and shops within a 10-15 minute walk.

Please note discounted rate while undergoing renovations.
