Large double bedroom with living area and sole use of a bathroom and kitchenette. These three rooms are linked on a shared landing. The landing, stairs and front door are shared with the landlords Katie and Mark.

We are looking for someone quiet and responsible who would like their own space and an occasional friendly chat on the stairs.

The location:
We are located just 10 minutes from Hanham highstreet and a 20 minute bus ride to the city centre. There is plenty of on street parking and it's not far from the river cycle path. It is a very peaceful area and there are some amazing walks nearby, only 5 minutes to woodland and views over the avon valley.

The space:
The furniture in the pictures is all included. The kitchenette includes a kettle, fridge freezer, washing machine, electric hob and a microwave with a convection oven function. Also includes; utensils, cutlery, crockery, glasses and saucepans.
