Room is partially furnished currently with bed. We are happy to get more furniture in as required. All bills included in the price.

Large shared dining/living space with comfy sofas, a working fireplace, kitchen with double oven, downstairs toilet and utility room (washing machine and dryer). Shared upstairs bathroom, TV room on top floor with access to Netflix, Prime and Disney. WIFI and Sonos access will also be included.

Quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of free on street parking.

Sonos Soundsystem throughout downstairs, upstairs bathroom and in the double room for rent. Record player also linked to Sonos system.

Bus stop just across the road giving regular, easy access to both Bristol, Bath and the surrounding area.

Lots of local amenities Longwell Green Outlet shops including an ASDA superstore. Plenty of local pubs, restaurants and shops within walking distance.
