2 rooms at a smallholidng on the banks of the Avon

Room available at ‘The Roost’, a 2-acre small-holding on the banks of the River Avon, 15 minutes from central Bristol.



We live collectively and like to share meals, play music, grow food and look after our land/woodlands together. You will be sharing with:



Duncan (38) - Sculptor/instrument maker
Marketa (36) - Musician/Music teacher
Amy (28) - Musician/Music teacher/Content Creator
Kai (11 months old toddler)
Hazel (Dog!) - 7yr old Kepie-cross


We are looking for someone who has experience of, and enjoys living communally and is keen to get stuck in and get their hands in the soil. Equally, it is essential for us that everyone who lives at The Roost enjoys being around children, and is a good friend to our little man, Kai. 



The house has two bathrooms, two kitchens and a large communal lounge.

Room 1 - 2.6x3.25m (8.5sqm) inc small-double bed, desk and chest of drawers, with a south-facing window that looks out over the Avon valley. Rent is £450pcm plus an equal contribution to bills (currently £125pcm) 



Room 2 - 3x5m (15sqm) inc double bed, desk, wardrobe, also south facing with a view of the Avon Valley. Rent is £600 plus bills.
