A cozy single room furnished with a large single bed, plenty of underbed storage, wardrobe and desk.

£460 per calendar month (pcm) with all bills included (electricity, gas, internet, water and council tax (Band B).

The house is less than a 5 minute walk to Hanham high street, with shops, a library pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, barbers, beauticians and hardware shop. There are regular bus services to the city center.

It’s a 3 bedroom house, it is equipped with gas central heating and is well insulated. There is one bathroom; it has a bath with shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, washing machine, plenty of storage cupboards, standing double oven and separate hob. All kitchen facilities and utensils are available to our lodger. There is a garage for storing bicycles and other items.

I'm a single mum (Electrical Engineer - 43) and I share care of my son (5 yrs) with his dad. My son stays 2 nights a week with me and 2 nights a week with his dad, and he spends alternate weekends (friday-sunday) with me, and every other weekend with his dad.

I share the house with another lodger, a quiet Spanish man (mechanical engineer- 32 yrs old).
