Bright double room in friendly 2 bed (Hanham) 🌞

The space:
The double room is south-facing, bright and overlooks the garden. It’s currently furnished but happy to discuss if you have furniture you’d like to bring.

While I’m a live-in landlord, the rest of the house is yours to enjoy. There’s a large kitchen/dining room with an island, lounge with log burner, 2 toilets and a garden with a veg plot 🧑‍🌾

The house is just off Hanham high street (east of St George!), 2 minutes’ walk from a bus stop (routes 44 and 45 into the centre) and on the doorstep of Conham River Park, Hencliff wood & the riverside cycle path towards town.

Me & preferences:
I mostly WFH, occasionally from an office and like to keep a sociable lifestyle. You can find me getting muddy in the garden/on the trails or bopping around the kitchen. I’d welcome a housemate who wants to chat & chill together, but also respects the need for quiet time.

Open to short, long, & 5 day lets, any gender, queer friendly & a bonus if you’re office based (although not a dealbreaker).
