Large Double Room

A large double room furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and desk.

The house is less than a 5 minute walk to Hanham high street, with shops, a library, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, barbers, beauticians and hardware shop. There are regular bus services to the city center.

It’s a 3 bedroom house, it is equipped with gas central heating and is well insulated. There is one bathroom; it has a bath with shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, washing machine, plenty of storage cupboards, standing double oven and separate hob. There is a garage for storing bicycles and other items.

I'm an Electrical Engineer (43), I share the house with another female lodger (33 yrs old).

My son (5yrs) stays 2 nights a week with me and 2 nights a week at his dad’s house, my son also spends alternate weekends (friday-sunday) with me, and every other weekend at his dad’s.

£600 per calendar month (pcm) with all bills included (electricity, gas, internet, water and council tax (Band C).
