Harbourside kingsize ensuite Xmas short let

I’ll be away from 11/12/2025 until 30/12/2025 therefore to short let my big ensuite room in a two bedroom two bathroom harbourside flat.
We have a big living room and kitchen. Facilities include fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hobs, pods coffee machine and rice cooker, two sofas and a projector.
My en-suite room has a king size bed, a YAMAHA electronic piano (if you are a music lover).
I am maintaining our flat carefully so would require a reference and a deposit.
Couples with a higher price.
Non-smoker preferred.
