Newly built apartment in Abel Yard, behind Whapping Wharf containers on Spike Island. The location is amazing and is in the city centre. The finance business quarter and temple meads are all within walking distance.

My current flatmate is moving to London for work and I am looking for a new flatmate for 2-3 months for now with option to sign long-term tenancy after that.

I am a Software engineer who works from home 4 days a week and in-person on Thursdays. I am a Uob grad so been living in Bristol for a long time and it’s like home.

I am clean and tidy and am looking for someone who is the same. Someone who likes socialising and to hang out. Like me and my current flatmate sometimes cook together, go for pints, play sports with our other friends, etc. It is relaxed and just looking for a friendly person general.
